I could see the Coolingmist owner's point and where he was coming from, but he handled himself like a rotten little 5 year old, caught with his hand in the cookie jar. It was totally repulsive and I'd never do business with him, as he probably treats his customers with the same "take what I can get from them" attitude. However, the Aquamist rep acted childish in his response as well. If I had to choose between vendors to deal with, strictly on a personal level (all other things being considered equal), the Aquamist owner handled himself very professionally and I appreciate a vendor who understands the importance of treating people well. If you have a good product, you're guaranteed repeat business and customer loyalty if you remember who's funding your paycheck. I mean, hey, just do a search for "Coz" on this site. =)
